When does the box ship?
When you first subscribe, the first box of the subscription is shipped the 2nd week of that month. If you ordered after the 2nd week of the month, the box will be shipped within 7-10 business days. After the first box is shipped all the future boxes are shipped during the 2nd half of each month. Your order should be delivered within the 2nd and last week of each month if there are no delays.
Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the USA except for Hawaii!
What if my plant arrives damaged or unhealthy?
Due to the delicate nature of shipping live plants, a small percentage may arrive with damage. If this happens to you, send us a picture of the plant to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can process a replacement. We are happy to offer a 30 day plant guarantee!
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! If you need to pause your subscription for any reason, please reach out to us at email@example.com at least 5 days in advance of your billing date so we can pause the recurring payment. You will not be charged for skipped months.
How do I update my address or billing information?
Reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will edit your address or send you a link to update your billing information. You must update your address at least 2 weeks before the subscription box ships out. This means that you will have to notify us by the first of the month. If you want, you can gift a month's subscription box by letting us know the address you would like us to ship to.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Reach out to us at email@example.com and we will cancel your membership within 1 business day. Please let us know at least 5 days in advance of your billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.
