Bromeliad Medusa

The Bromeliad Medusa has a deep red colored bloom with green leaves. The deep red starts in the central urn and fades into a lush green. These bromeliads prefer bright-indirect light and humid environments.This perennial plant is native to South America and one of the more unique bromeliads grown as a houseplant. This plant is super easy to take care of and will brighten up your living area year round. Your Bromeliad will come in a four inch pot.


  • Water:  Only water your plant if the top 1 inch is dry, these plants are very susceptible to root-rot. Water the Bromeliad through its central well within the flower stock. You want to keep it 1/4 of the way full with water at all times
  • Light: These plants prefer bright indirect light. So, they should be placed near a eastern or western facing window.
  • Temperature: 70-90 degrees. Bromeliads are used to humid environments, so keep a humidifier near them or mist them daily.
  • Toxicity: Non-toxic for pets & humans
