Calathea Plants, native to tropical South and Central America, Africa, and the West Indies, are grown primarily for their beautiful, brightly colored, upright, oval leaves. The various Calathea varieties have leaves with purple undersides and various vibrant colorful patterns on the top side. The Calathea will arrive in a 4" nursery pot.
- Calathea plants prefer to grow in shaded rooms with indirect light. This plant will thrive in low-medium light conditions
- They thrive in humidity!
- Allow the top 2 to 3 inches of soil to dry before watering. Never let a Calathea plant sit in water
